Salary

$22-$28/hr base pay
+Overtime
$1500 sign-on bonus (This bonus is available after 90 days of employment)

As an Installation Technician, you are eligible for bonuses based on 5-star reviews as well as commissions for successfully up-selling equipment!

Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire an HVAC Installation Technician to install HVAC systems. Particularly, someone who is capable of performing the following functions:

• Reading and understanding blueprints and/or job estimation paperwork
• Installing conventional and ductless mini-split HVAC systems
• Performing start-up operation of new systems
• Maintaining a company vehicle with supplies and cleanliness
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
• Keeping daily logs and records of all functions
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Safety and Health Administration
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
• Assisting with customers' questions

REQUIREMENTS
For you to be considered for this role, you should meet/possess the following requirements:

• Experience in using electronic dispatch software
• Residential and customer-facing HVAC experience
• Must have experience in conventional ductless systems & mini splits
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Has EPA Universal
• Dependable and must have Leadership Skills - act as a trainer to laborers
• Advanced-Expert HVAC knowledge & experience
• Able to commute daily to Jasper, IN
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
