We had Gudorf install a Mitsubishi heating & cooling system in our cottage at Lake Barkley. The installers did a great job of running the trunk line, mounting the outdoor and indoor units and performing the recommended vacuum test. They had a 3 hour drive and still arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend Gudorf to anyone thinking about having a Mitsubishi system installed in their home or business.

We have been very pleased with the customer service and expertise. We had purchased our home in 2014 and the original HVAC and furnace was from Gudorf. We called them to inspect it. A new system was needed. The price was fair, the work was done in a very timely manner. Any questions/concerns or problems are fixed in a matter of a couple hours. We love this company and recommend them to anyone!

We've had Mitsubishi split units for over a year now and love them. Gudorf's did an amazing job. James is our technician that comes out for maintenance. He's a very nice man and very professional. When we are ready to change AC units in another house we will definitely hire them.

We ran into issues over weekends and there was always a tech that would call and come to take care of us. From a hot water heater that gave out to an air conditioning unit that decided to stop working on a hot humid weekend.
You never have to wait hours to get a response when you call after hours.

There's times I've looked for a part couldn't find it anywhere and I went there and they had every part that I could imagine it in stock and if not they could ordered it or told me where to go to find it.

I called at lunch and she said let me check something real quick and I was on hold for a min and she said yea we can work u in this afternoon.. she asked if there was anyone at home and I said no and explained everything to her and a hour later she calls back and says he just got done and I asked how much she said let me call u back and figure it up and she called back and told me how much... Awesome especially after I called 4 others and nobody had any openings "right now"... I will def use you guys again.
