Salary

$30-$35/hr Base
+Overtime
$1500 sign-on bonus (This bonus is available after 90 days of employment)

As a Service Technician, you are eligible for bonuses based on 5-star reviews as well as commissions for successfully up-selling equipment!

Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire an HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems. Specifically, someone who can perform the following:

• Repairing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating & air conditioning systems and equipment
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Utilizing our mobile app software for everyday operations
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Safety and Health Administration
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
• Assisting with customers' questions

REQUIREMENTS
For you to be considered for this role, you should meet/possess the following requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of HVAC experience.
• Possession of a Kentucky Master's license. (willing to pay for education expenses)
• Preferred knowledge in plumbing and electrical, with a primary focus on HVAC.
• Motivated and driven to help grow the branch and achieve success.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean history
• Must be authorized to work in U.S.A.
